The Supreme Court Rocked D.C in 1st Amendment Ruling

If they are not stopped, those on the left will not be able to be contained in their efforts to advance their goal. Over the course of the last few years, they have even gone so far as to violate the most fundamental rights of Americans.

However, the Supreme Court of the United States just handed down a decision that supports the First Amendment. And it’s throwing one of the left’s most important plans for a loop. The New York statute that requires institutions to recognize LGBT student clubs has been temporarily halted by the Supreme Court of the United States.

Yeshiva University, the institution in question, is a Jewish educational institution, and they assert that this regulation is in conflict with their religious convictions. Not that the left appears to care about the religious rights of the American people.

Over the course of many years, the left has made advancing an agenda that caters to members of minority groups a top priority. They have carried this out despite the fact that it violates the First Amendment. The amendment makes it abundantly clear that the government does not have the authority to prevent a citizen from engaging in what is known as the “free exercise” of their faith.

It comes dangerously close to being a violation of the First Amendment to force a religious school to embrace anything that runs counter to the beliefs that it was founded on. The majority of Americans are likely to agree with you that it does. On the other hand, Democrats don’t appear to care.

They have prioritized their own victimized groups over the core beliefs of many religions. We used to work to stop prejudice that was legal against people, but now we accuse Americans of practicing discrimination because they do not give priority to certain groups.

There is a significant gap between the two. In addition, the Supreme Court agreed to hear this matter after receiving an urgent plea to do so. The court’s decision will have repercussions beyond merely just this Jewish institution. It will have an effect on every single religious institution and educational establishment.
