State Supreme Court Rules 4-3 On Voter ID

In anticipation of the upcoming midterm elections, Democrats are looking for any opportunity they can get their hands on. However, this does not include gaining the support of voters; rather, it involves removing anything that maintains a level playing field.

They have made efforts to overturn a law in one state that requires voters to present photo identification. And now, the state’s Supreme Court, which is known for its liberal ideology, has decided to let the challenge continue.

According to the results of the vote, voter identification will now be permitted in North Carolina. As soon as the signal was given, Democrats rushed to the courts in an attempt to overturn the will of the people. In the previous year, liberal judges made an attempt to block this requirement. However, the United States Supreme Court decided that state legislatures have the authority to step in and defend existing laws.

Now, the NAACP’s position has been upheld by the Supreme Court of North Carolina, which has a tendency toward liberalism. This paves the way for additional challenges to voter ID, which could be based on some questionable grounds.

Democrats assert that the requirement of voter identification violates the Constitution because it “targets” black voters. Really? What exactly does that entail? Are Democrats so dismissive of black voters that they believe it’s impossible for them to obtain identification? That is undoubtedly a fabrication. To accomplish nearly anything in our society, including driving a car, Americans are required to have a photo identification card.

The requirement of voter ID makes it exceedingly difficult for a person to vote in the name of another individual. Keep in mind that the majority of states are quite ineffective when it comes to cleaning up their voter rolls. Recent audits have shown that the names of deceased Americans can still be found on voter rolls even after many years have gone by. Americans are left wondering whether or not voters are casting ballots in the names of other persons.

Do you find it ironic that Democrats are fighting against the law that has the potential to make our elections more secure? And in order to prevent people from having a rational discussion about it, they are employing an argument based on race, which already causes great anxiety among American citizens.
