Here is The Announcement of Tucker Carlson’s Replacement

Millions of Tucker Carlson’s followers were taken aback when they found that the famous conservative host had been sacked from his position at Fox News. During the same week, Don Lemon, a longtime host for CNN, was also let go from his position. As speculations continue to circulate, the motives for both firings continue to be a little bit of a mystery. However, during this interim period, replacements will be required.

And most people on the political right will be familiar with the identity of the person who will fill Tucker’s shoes, at least in the interim. She served in former President Donald Trump’s administration and has continued to be a strong proponent of conservative principles since leaving that position. She has multiple times criticized the government of President Joe Biden.

In this regard, it would appear that Kayleigh McEnany, an anchor for Fox News, is the ideal replacement for Tucker Carlson. Since Carlson was fired from his position, the network has been airing “Fox News Tonight” with Brian Kilmeade and Lawrence Jones in the hosting roles. At this point, it appears that McEnany will take control of the situation for at least the next week.

If you are unfamiliar with it, McEnany is the host of the show Outnumbered on Fox right now. However, before that, she served as the press secretary at the White House under Trump, and it appears that the two of them got along rather well. In addition to this, it is possible that she will be able to raise the ratings after Carlson has departed the show.

The ratings for the substitute program, Fox News Tonight, went down the first night it was broadcast among the important demographic of people aged 25 to 54. It had approximately 2.6 million viewers on a weekly basis, while Tucker had approximately 3.7 million. However, despite the use of fill-ins, the show was still able to beat MSNBC’s All In With Chris Hayes.

Between the years 2017 and 2020, Tucker Carlson’s show received the highest ratings among those aged 25 to 54, and it received the second-highest ratings overall, behind only Sean Hannity’s primetime program. Even more impressive is the fact that it garnered one of the biggest ratings in the whole history of cable news.

After getting rid of one of their most successful shows, it is only natural that Fox would experience a drop in viewership. Even though many conservatives have sworn off watching Fox News ever since Tucker Carlson was dismissed, it is obvious that a large number of viewers are still turning in. And it’s possible that Kayleigh McEnany will be a significant draw. McEnany has maintained a high level of support among right-leaning voters all around the country, and she has a good chance of making a big splash in the next week.
