A Judge Just Delivered Unexpected Donald Trump Ruling

In light of the recent ABC survey showing Biden trailing Trump by an enormous seven points, Democrats are in a state of panic. Joe has a year to win over voters, but that’s not nearly enough time. He had two years to win over the American people, but instead, he let the economy collapse. The Democrats’ plan to prevent a Trump victory in 2024 has been ramped up.

The indictment against Trump is seen as politically motivated by the majority of Americans. The Democrats in the state of New York are changing the law to make very minor offenses felonies. Experts in the law say your case doesn’t stand a chance. But Democrats keep finding new ways to use the law to their advantage in elections.

The liberal judge presiding over this case has forbidden Trump to discuss the facts in any public forum, including social media. Given that Trump is already a past president and is now seeking re-election, this is astonishing. This prevents him from defending himself in court and gaining public support. In a society where one is presumed innocent until proven guilty, this indictment may turn off many voters, and Trump will be unable to justify his innocence.

Furthermore, the judge has decided that he would only be allowed to view a limited fraction of the evidence against him. This is highly unusual because a defendant often has the right to know the specific charges against him. When Democrats are in power, I guess we can just throw our liberties out the window. The left will stop at nothing to gain the upper hand. to the point of violating the very statutes, they purport to uphold.

Despite the gag order, I have a feeling Trump will still act like Trump. He has often declared his innocence and will likely do so in the future. He’s a fighter, and he won’t let the dirty tricks of the left side of the political spectrum deter him from seeking the presidency.
