A Federal Judge Makes Major Ruling Against Biden

Even though Title 42 was just finished a short while ago, everything is already in full swing. It’s almost as if Democrats are cheering on illegal immigrants to rush the border with the United States. Numerous people from outside the country are rapidly entering the country as a result of the inability of the Border Patrol to remove illegal border crossers.

You thought the past two years were rough, didn’t you? But the situation is steadily worse. According to the tweet, the majority of these illegal immigrants are adult males who, once they have gained entry into the nation illegally, anticipate receiving jobs, housing, and various other perks. It would appear that Biden does not have a strategy in place for dealing with this.

Because he refuses to uphold our already established immigration laws, things have only gotten to this point. And now, a federal judge is bringing down the gavel on the administration of President Joe Biden.

Imagine that happening. All of these immigrants were going to be allowed to enter the United States without having to appear in court thanks to Biden’s plan. He has been behaving in this manner for the past few months. Illegal immigrants are required to turn themselves into Border Patrol agents once they cross the border.

The Department of Homeland Security under Biden is making it impossible for BP to deport these criminals. Therefore, they are allowed to enter the United States without having a court date or trial scheduled for them.

This is a catch-and-release on steroids implemented by Obama. There is nothing that can stop these extraterrestrials from vanishing into the United States, and no one is aware of who they are, where they came from, or where they are headed.

How could anyone not assume that Biden is acting intentionally in this manner? Many people have suggested that Democrats are in favor of illegal immigration because their party takes advantage of the work provided by migrants and uses them to manipulate election results.

Biden has allowed this to continue for well over two years at this point. This judgment by the federal government will cause a slight slowdown in the process, but unless the Border Patrol is given the authority to remove anyone who crosses the border illegally, our country will be swamped.
