🩺 Due to a new policy on transgender healthcare, Florida sued the Biden administration. A new rule published by the Department of Health and Human Services in April prohibits healthcare providers receiving federal funding from turning away patients based on their "gender identity." The governor of Florida argued that the regulation would compel the state to "break its law," which forbids minors from receiving sex-change medications and procedures.

🇮🇱 Israel cautions that peace negotiations could be ruined by Biden's military prowess. Following an unusual suspension of a weapons shipment for Israel by the Biden administration, top Israeli officials expressed "deep frustration" with the move. Additionally, the Israelis threatened to end hostage talks if they were unable to threaten Hamas with immediate, overwhelming force.

🏛 D.A. Fani Willis might be removed from Trump's case by a Georgian court. On Wednesday, the Georgia Court of Appeals declared that they will examine a ruling that disqualified Fani Willis (D) from representing Donald Trump in his criminal trial. The Trump campaign may win the case in court again if the appeals court strikes her out of it because of her intimate relationship with lead prosecutor Nathan Wade.

👷‍♂️ In Wisconsin, Biden highlights a $3 billion Microsoft project. On the site of a botched Trump administration attempt to erect a $10 billion Foxconn facility, President Biden unveiled a new idea to build a Microsoft data center. Evidence tampered with in Trump docs case

Here’s What's going on: Federal prosecutors interfered with the confidential records that were taken during the FBI's raid on Mar-a-Lago two years ago, according to a startling revelation made by Special Counsel Jack Smith.

  • Research: Jim Jordan, the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee (R-OH), is beginning an inquiry into the tampering of evidence and even "whether the Special Counsel's Office misled a federal court."

Why is it important? Judge Aileen Canon gave Donald Trump a significant victory as he confronted multiple criminal charges by indefinitely delaying the trial, just days after the prosecution acknowledged that this crucial evidence had been manipulated.

Photo ruse: Court documents from last week demonstrated that FBI agents had at least seven different folders with cover sheets attached. This disclosure shows that agents falsified information to the public regarding the legitimacy of the well-known photo that was taken in Mar-a-Lago on the day of the raid in addition to manipulating the evidence.

  • Explaining away: According to the prosecution, the investigative team found a document with classification markings, it removed, separated, and replaced it with a placeholder sheet." For that objective, the investigating team employed cover papers with classified information.

Discarded? The fresh revelations of evidence tampering are being used by Donald Trump's legal team to support their move to dismiss the case outright on the grounds of prosecutorial misconduct.

  • To add insult to injury, more doubts are being expressed about how FBI agents even knew each document's classification status if they had the right security clearance to handle the evidence, and if they were aware of which documents Trump had declassified while he was president.
