Alina Habba, a key attorney for President Donald Trump and his newly appointed White House counselor, made a striking revelation earlier this month about federal employees under the Executive Branch. During a Fox News appearance, Habba made it clear that anyone working for the federal government who does not put America first will be replaced.

Sean Hannity, host of Fox News, made a thought-provoking observation, questioning, “Why should deep state insiders those who worked tirelessly to lock up Donald Trump be the ones chosen to oversee his case? Why shouldn’t Trump have the right to select his own team instead of being stuck with that group?”

Habba responded with confidence, addressing concerns raised by liberals regarding the shift in government personnel stating that the truth of the matter is that America-first values were not upheld. The party in question had been divisive, focusing on attack rather than unity, and had been responsible for politicizing the law, resulting in an injustice that undermined fairness.

She went on to critique the establishment further, pointing out that Americans had been made to feel fearful of the FBI and the DOJ, with many perceiving themselves as being attacked simply for their political affiliations. Such actions, she argued, were not representative of America, but rather reflected the practices seen in third-world countries.

Habba made it clear that individuals who had played key roles in the Biden administration, particularly those involved with Jack Smith in targeting Trump, would not be tolerated in a second Trump term. It was explained that they had volunteered to assist Jack Smith and had been part of the prosecutor’s office and the DOJ, but their role had been to attack Trump.

The integrity of those involved was then questioned, with the suggestion that such individuals could not truly claim to be apolitical, nor could they assert that they would not target someone and invade their home, raiding the bedrooms of a child and a wife who had done nothing wrong, simply because it was election season and the goal was to remove Trump. It was stated that they couldn’t even do it now.

Habba further emphasized that anyone not committed to putting America first would be removed. It was stated that those not aligning with America-first principles would be replaced with individuals who cared about America, the Constitution, and the values President Trump upheld. In December, President Trump announced that Habba would join his administration as a trusted advisor.

It was announced on Truth Social that Alina Habba would be joining the White House team as Counselor to the President. In the statement, it was highlighted that Habba had been a tireless advocate for justice, a strong defender of the rule of law, and an invaluable advisor to the campaign and transition team.

Trump praised Habba for her unwavering loyalty and resilience, acknowledging her steadfast support throughout his numerous legal battles. It was noted that few understood the weaponization of the justice system as well as Alina, who had fought tirelessly against the full force of lawfare with courage and an unyielding commitment to justice.

Habba, a first-generation American of Middle Eastern heritage, has emerged as a prominent figure for women in politics and the legal profession. She most recently won the Chaldean Woman of the Year award. President Trump concluded his remarks by congratulating Alina and her family, which includes her husband Gregg and their three kids, Parker, Luke, and Chloe.
