The First thing I would do is end all foreign aid to our enemies: Nikki Haley
Republican presidential candidate and former South Carolina governor Nikki Haley said on FNC’s Sunday Morning Futures that cutting off foreign aid to countries that are at war with the United States would be the number one thing she would do as president.
Speaking about her time at the UN, Haley said that one of the main things she did there that is so important is she did a book that focused on the 193 companies, the percentage of time they voted with us, and how much foreign aid we give to them. First and foremost, she said that she would end all foreign aid to our enemies.

She also said that the United States would be allocating $46 billion for international aid. A billion dollars would go a long way toward helping Iraq as it negotiates with Iran, whose leaders have publicly declared their desire to see the United States destroyed. In spite of the fact that Pakistan is providing safe haven to terrorists plotting to kill American troops, you are giving them $2 billion. You are giving Zimbabwe, the most anti-American country in Africa, half a billion dollars.
Consider China. The environment and we’re giving money to China? How ridiculous! We need not give them any money. We are helping Belarus because they are fighting alongside Russia against Ukraine. Then there’s communist Cuba to consider. We are providing them with aid while also classifying them as state sponsors of terrorism. Under my administration, we will end all foreign aid to our adversaries. Immediately, we will put a halt to that. We will once again become astute and formidable.
