The Supreme Court Conservative Supermajority Strikes
Even though Donald Trump is no longer in office, his Supreme Court continues to score victories for the cause of liberty. The Democratic Party is still reeling from the decisions the Supreme Court issued over the summer. The Supreme Court of the United States made legal history with its decisions that gave citizens and state their rights back.

And now, as the fall session gets underway, they intend to shake the liberal establishment even further than they already have. These are five major cases that you should keep an eye on.
Five cases that have the potential to shake up the nation and break the left’s stranglehold on top issues will be heard by the Supreme Court of the United States.
The authority that the federal government wields over the environment will be subject to the court’s judgment. The Clean Water Act is being abused by the Environmental Protection Agency under the leadership of Joe Biden, who wants to regulate wetlands that are not connected to federal waters.
In addition to this, the court will hear two cases that challenge the policies of the left-wing admissions offices at institutions that are based on race. For many years, students of color have been given preferential treatment, regardless of their academic standing. It is entirely possible that the court will put an end to forty years of affirmative action.

The Supreme Court has the potential to hand a significant victory to the states in the area of election law by rejecting the Democrats’ effort to redraw election districts.
In a separate case, it will be decided whether or not Democrats are allowed to redraw election maps in a way that violates the Voting Rights Act and gives racial groups an advantage. And yet another case will once again pit the religious rights of Americans against the agenda of the far left’s gay rights activists.
Every one of these cases will have implications for all of the people living in the United States. The court has the ability to hand back power to the people, thereby preserving our legal rights. Or, it might provide support to policies of the extreme left that have, over the course of many years, been chipping away at American rights. Democrats have every cause to be concerned about the Supreme Court’s conservative majority, which now stands at 6-3.
