The Federal Court Rules on Major Trump Case

The Democratic Party has not ceased its efforts to undermine Donald Trump’s legitimacy. It is quite clear that they are petrified of his influence on the nation as well as the possibility of his return in 2024. You might not be aware of it, but liberals have filed a significant number of legal complaints against this individual.

After her claims against him were found to be unfounded, one woman proceeded to sue him for alleged defamation. Now, a judge has handed down their decision.
Back in June of 2019, E. Jean Carroll leveled shocking allegations of sexual misconduct against Trump.

Even the mainstream media did not believe Carroll’s assertions because she did not present any evidence to support them. These assertions did not appear to hold water, as the news coverage of the story shortly disappeared. Therefore, after her initial attempt to bring down Trump was unsuccessful, she decided to sue him for defamation of character. Does this ring a bell?

Stormy Daniels, a porn star, had previously experimented with the same thing. She ultimately decided to sue Trump for the statements he made on Twitter after her attempts to smear him were unsuccessful. Not only did she lose the case, but in addition to that, she was ordered to pay Trump tens of thousands of dollars in legal expenses. If Carroll is going to try the same thing that Daniels tried and failed at, then he must be quite foolish.

Carroll’s charges of defamation were rejected by the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals in the United States. This time, she is defending herself with the argument that she cannot sue him for words he made while he was president. The previous case was dismissed because of issues related to the First Amendment. However, it looks like the court is going to acknowledge Trump’s executive privilege over the case at this time.

Because of the Federal Employees Liability Reform and Tort Compensation Act of 1988, the court essentially ruled that Trump is exempt from being sued in connection with this matter. It does not appear that Carroll’s individual campaign against Trump is going to be unsuccessful.
