President Biden Sent Spinning Right Before Midterms
With only a few weeks left until the midterm elections, Democrats are attempting to divert attention away from Joe Biden’s failings.

And Joe has attempted to take credit for a marginal improvement in a significant issue. However, it appears that he won’t be able to continue doing it anymore. The cost of gas has been cited as one of Biden’s most notable failures.
He made an attempt to pin the rising gas costs on Vladimir Putin. That argument has never made any sense to me. Ever since Vice President Biden terminated oil and gas leases in the United States, gas prices have been on the rise (nearly a year before Putin invaded Ukraine).
However, when gas prices began to fall (a little) through the end of the summer, Biden made an attempt to take credit for that. What the heck, how does something like that even work? How is it that Joe Biden can take credit for falling prices when he allegedly had no hand in driving them up in the first place? Joe, you can’t have it both ways. There is no such thing.

The majority of economists hypothesized that less demand for gasoline during the summer led to lower prices at the pump. Americans were forced to postpone their vacations because of the historically high cost of fuel and inflation.
Because there was less demand, prices ended up being slightly lower. But even that wasn’t going to last forever. Joe is continuing his battle against American energy, which has even resulted in the prohibition of oil and gas leases that would have benefited Native Americans.
Since Truman, no president has had a lower percentage of land available for oil and gas production than he does. It is abundantly evident that Biden is working toward the elimination of our nation’s oil industry, as he pledged to do during the 2020 election. And just as predicted, the price of gasoline is on the rise again.
