Biden’s FAA Nominee Just Got Served
When it comes to assembling his cabinet, Joe Biden has not had the best of luck. It’s been close to two years, and critical positions are still up for grabs.

Perhaps it’s because Biden always chooses candidates with the weakest possible qualifications? After the most recent search warrant was served, his most recent candidate might be stopped in his tracks. Yikes. Is there anyone linked with Biden who does not exhibit crooked behavior?

A search warrant in Los Angeles County has resulted in his nominee for head of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) becoming entangled in the proceedings. Sheila Kuehl, the County Supervisor, is at the center of this issue because she is suspected of awarding a contract to a buddy that was worth $494,000 in total.
The warrant mentions Phil Washington, who was leading the transit agency at the time the contract was awarded. Washington was chosen by Biden. All of this seems to be the result of a nasty battle between Democrats in California. At the very least, this is how the liberal media portrays the situation.

But call me crazy if you want, but handing out significant contracts to friends smells like a conflict of interest to me. That is probably against the law in most locations.
We do not know what part Washington played in whatever may have been a criminal act. However, the fact that his name is on the search warrant indicates that he has a chance of being implicated with Kuehl.
The choice of this individual by President Biden, who most likely did it for political rather than professional considerations, was not a good one. In the normal course of events, search warrants are typically granted against Republicans rather than politically prejudiced Democrats. On the other hand, like a faulty clock, crooked Democrats will occasionally act in the appropriate manner.
