Biden’s DOJ Seems to Hide Something by Appealing
In his fight against Joe Biden’s Department of Justice, Donald Trump was victorious. The federal court which is supervising this case has decided that a special master would be required to look at the documents that were collected by the FBI.

This will ensure that protected material is not used by the DOJ, which is material that they do not have the authority to take. However, this comes as a huge surprise, as Biden’s Department of Justice is attempting to fight back against this judgment.

The Department of Justice is attempting to convince Judge Cannon to delay the appointment of a special master in response to their request. They asserted that in the event that she did not, “the government and public will likewise suffer irreparable injury from the unreasonable delay to the criminal inquiry.
Just because an impartial third party will analyze the numerous documents that were taken from Trump’s residence, the government and the general public would suffer irreparable harm, right? Including the possibility of documents that the government had no business viewing?

The Department of Justice asserts that the selection of a special master would unduly delay the criminal investigation if it were to occur as a typical step in the legal process. But so what? It appears as though Biden’s Department of Justice DOJ is attempting to impede this probe. The more quickly it moves, the more challenging it will be for Trump or anybody else to pursue justice.
This reaction appears to just highlight the political agenda of this Department of Justice. Why is it such a bad thing if a special master is utilized to guarantee that the DOJ will not use protected material? That is evidence that they had no right to seize in the first place from Mar-a-Largo.
Is the Department of Justice truly looking for records that are privileged due to the attorney-client relationship, or is it merely interested in White House documents? Many people have the opinion that this probe was nothing but a sham from the very beginning. Another attempt by Democrats to discover dirt on Donald Trump in order to dissuade him from running for president again in 2024. The Department of Justice’s action does nothing to dispel these rumors. More and more Americans will have doubts about the Department of Justice.
