It is abundantly evident that they do not want the files they stole from Mar-a-Largo to be reviewed by a person who is unbiased. But the Department of Justice under Biden does not have the final say on the matter. However, a judge that Trump hand-picked for the position.
How frequently do we hear that a judge that President Clinton selected or President Obama appointed decided against a case that had an effect on the lives of Americans? How frequently do people wonder that these liberally leaning justices are utilizing their positions on the bench to further their political agenda?
(This includes the very judge who gave the go-ahead for the raid on Mar-a-Largo in the first place.)The left-leaning media, on the other hand, are in an uproar because a judge Trump chose will be deciding the fate of this crucial request. However, it does not appear that they will be able to do what they set out to do.

His plea for a special master is currently being decided upon by Judge Aileen Cannon, who was appointed to her position by Trump while he was president. Prior to making a final determination, she held an initial hearing on the matter. The Department of Justice took a harsh stance against this special master. However, Trump has asserted that former President Biden’s Department of Justice stole data that were protected by the attorney-client privilege. It would appear that there are documents that were not included in the remit of their search warrant.
The FBI has never conducted a search warrant at the residence of a former president in the whole history of our country. The fact that Trump’s political opponents are in charge of the FBI made an already difficult situation even more complicated.
Everything that the Department of Justice has ever done has been contaminated by allegations of political bias. If the FBI were to provide permission for a special master to monitor this process, it may go a long way toward reassuring American citizens that the bureau is acting ethically. However, the fact that the Department of Justice is vigorously pushing back simply makes this appear more suspect. It’s a good thing that the decision won’t be made by a judge appointed by Obama.
Judge Cannon has decided to defer the judgment, thus putting the brakes on a case that appears to be one that the Justice Department is seeking to hustle through as quickly as possible. That is a significant issue just a few months before the November elections, and Cannon appears to have wisely made everyone pause down over the serious ramifications of the Department of Justice’s actions against a former president.
