DeSantis Takes President Biden to Court

Since Joe Biden became President, Florida and Washington have been at war with one another; the Democrats in Washington, D.C. do not share the views of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis on a variety of significant issues. Now, DeSantis is bringing a legal challenge against the administration of former President Joe Biden, and politics may be at the root of the problem once more.
The leader of the Republican Party discussed the FDA’s evaluation of an application to obtain pharmaceuticals from Canada while delivering a speech in Lakeland, Florida, in Florida. Patients are expected to have financial savings as a result of the medicine importation program.
DeSantis believes that the application hasn’t been approved solely because Washington doesn’t like Florida’s political orientation, even though these pharmaceuticals would address a range of conditions that now exist.

The attempt that DeSantis made to get cheaper medications from our neighbor to the north has failed, and during a speech that he gave in Lakeland, he made it apparent that he suspects there is a political motive behind this. According to a story published by Politico in November 2020, the state of Florida was the first one to submit an application for the program.
However, despite the fact that President Biden signed an executive order mandating that the FDA carry out the program, the Sunshine State has not yet witnessed its implementation. They have been waiting for the application to be granted for almost 600 days at this point.
This information was provided by Simone Marstiller, who is the secretary for the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration. She also noted that This is not what the government is intended to accomplish at once. In the case, the plaintiff requests that a federal judge ordered the FDA to grant approval for the application.
Once more, it does seem as though politics could be playing a factor in this situation. Of course, the government acts at a glacial pace, but Floridians are beginning to question whether there isn’t some other, the more evident reason why they aren’t successful in getting this application approved. This legal action is just the most recent of many that have been taken against the Biden administration, and a number of them have originated in the state of Florida.
