Top FBI Expert Breaks Trump Case Wide Open

After the FBI raided Trump’s home, the liberal media had a field day with their coverage. They gloated about how the politicized agency “must” have had a solid reason to raid his residence, but they conveniently forgot about all the left has done to Trump.

However, the warrant that was issued against 45 was made public, and portions of the affidavit were also made public. In addition, a leading FBI specialist is throwing cold water on the most recent anti-Trump plot hatched by Democrats.

Kevin R. Brock, who served as an assistant director at the FBI in the past, provided a comprehensive explanation as to why the organization does not have a case against Trump.

He proceeded to break down the situation after reviewing the warrant and the affidavit with redactions. According to him, the affidavit only contains “half of what is needed to indicate a likely violation of the federal statutes that are stated in the warrant” in terms of the probable cause that is listed in the document.

That is, Trump was in possession of documents that were subject to classification. From the very beginning, each of us was aware that this was the case.

Brock argues, however, that this does not constitute sufficient evidence to indict Trump. Because the FBI needs to demonstrate that Trump did not have permission to have those records in his possession.

And therein lies the major challenge for the left. While he was in office, Donald Trump had complete discretion over the viewing and declassification of these records. In addition, his staff has made it abundantly obvious that President Trump declassified each and every document that was stored at Mar-a-Largo while he was in office.

So… according to Biden’s Department of Justice, there aren’t any grounds on which they can prosecute Trump for this, are there? Not that the majority of Americans believe what the FBI is saying. During the course of several months, Trump cooperated with the National Archives by providing the requested documents whenever he was asked.

This raid was very out of the norm and took place just a few days before extremely important elections (in which Trump was endorsing candidates). It is even plausible that those on the left scheduled this event in such a way as to weaken Trump’s support for Liz Cheney’s opponent, in addition to other candidates he supported in August.

Or, as many people believe, this raid was just conducted so that Biden’s Department of Justice could obtain papers that were irrelevant to the search. The raid took place the day before Trump was scheduled to testify in the case brought against him by New York. This strikes me as very similar to previous assaults launched by the left on Trump. A claim that has been blown out of proportion and is difficult to verify, all for the purpose of getting Americans to embrace the narrative that the left is pushing against him.
