In the wake of Roe v. Wade’s overturn, Democrats have not ceased their efforts to further their pro-abortion agenda. The blue states are going too far, almost compelling people in the United States to support abortion. Whether or not they are happy about it.

They even attempted to coerce religious institutions into footing the bill for abortions. But the judge’s decision immediately stopped them in their tracks. Take a gander at it! Kimberly J. Mueller, a judge who was appointed by Obama, came to the conclusion that the state of California could not compel churches to pay for abortions.

She came to the conclusion that doing so would be a violation of the Constitution. This lawsuit was initially brought about as a result of allegations made by the California Department of Managed Health Care that churches were required to pay for abortions as part of the coverage provided by their respective health insurance plans.
Even in the state of California, there are a significant number of churches that uphold a pro-life stance. Large churches typically have a large staff that they hire and offer health insurance for. Therefore, it should come as no surprise that these churches would not include abortions as a component of the care that they offered. That would be acting contrary to their beliefs about the procedure.

However, there is a state agency that is attempting to coerce religious organizations into paying for an operation that these organizations consider to be murder. What a blatant disregard for one’s obligations under the First Amendment! We are unable to help but think that in times past, the government would have never even entertained the idea of coercing religious institutions to act in such a manner. On the other hand, this demonstrates how obsessed Democrats have gotten with promoting abortion rights. They don’t give a damn if their actions go against the most fundamental convictions of Christian Americans.
In reality, California attempted to abuse its authority by pressuring religious institutions to foot the bill for abortions. I don’t care about the First Amendment. The real surprise is that a judge who had been appointed by Obama upheld the Constitution and awarded a significant victory to these churches. It would appear that she put the law ahead of any personal feelings or agenda she might have had, which is an extremely rare occurrence for a judge chosen by the Democrats.
