What Happened After Supreme Court Protected 2nd Amendment
This year, the Supreme Court of the United States handed down a landmark decision upholding the Second Amendment. However, Latest York’s increasingly socialist legislature moved quickly to implement a flurry of measures that render the new ruling null and void.

The Supreme Court made the decision that states cannot require applicants for concealed carry permits to comply with stringent requirements. Instead, New York has erected a barrier to the rights of Americans, which is considered to be unconstitutional.
It would appear that a fresh dispute over the right to bear arms will be brought before the courts. The Supreme Court has decided that states are not allowed to establish “objective” requirements in order to qualify applicants for gun permits. For a long time now, liberal states have delegated to government officials the authority to decide, on their own, whether or not a citizen who abides by the law is allowed to carry a firearm.
Even in situations where people are threatened with death or live in dangerous areas, they have a very low chance of being granted a permit to carry a concealed weapon. The Supreme Court decided to do away with these obstacles. However, the state of New York swiftly developed new restrictions that violate the rights of Americans.

They passed laws that designate most of the state of New York as gun-free zones. It is the responsibility of the owners of private land to provide “clear and obvious signs” indicating that firearms are permitted. In addition to that, they introduced brand new regulations for permits, one of which is that a citizen must demonstrate that they have good moral character
Really? And who makes the determination of what constitutes excellent moral character? The name Jesus Christ? Is he a member of the committee that will decide the destiny of the Americans? Or is it a collection of left-leaning gun advocates who, on a whim, will define what constitutes a person of good character? The Second Amendment does not restrict the right to bear guns to only people who have never been convicted of a crime. At least, that was not the case the last time I checked.
Even imperfect animals, such as every single human being, have the right to defend their property from an overbearing government. In the event that these new laws are challenged in court, you shouldn’t find it surprising.
