Federal Judge Puts Biden’s DOJ In Its Place
The Americans are still demanding answers on Biden’s raid of the DOJ office that was at Trump’s residence. A request to make public the affidavit that provides probable cause for the “break-in” was made by Trump to the government the week before last.

We were uncertain as to whether or not the judge who was presiding over the case would agree with us. The fact that Judge Reinhart has held anti-Trump opinions in the past was brought to light. It would appear, however, that the reaction from the general population was just too overwhelming. The judge who is presiding over the alleged investigation that the FBI is conducting into Donald Trump denied the Department of Justice’s request to keep the affidavit under secrecy.
This affidavit was utilized in order to provide justification for the execution of a warrant to search the residence of a former president. Even the judge, who had been opposed to the raid, to begin with, acknowledged that it was unusual. Now, it would appear that he is admitting the public fury that this move (which may have been motivated politically) has stirred up. In addition, he is requesting that the affidavit be made public by the Department of Justice on the grounds that this particular case is of “great public and historical interest.”
On the other hand, the judge has granted the government permission to redact some parts of this affidavit and has given them until August 25 to complete this process. Allowing the Department of Justice to redact parts of the affidavit can be problematic, despite the fact that this order is a victory for President Trump, who had requested that the document be opened. It’s possible that the names of those conducting the investigation will need to be redacted.

However, given how political Biden’s Department of Justice is, it is possible that the precise material the public is requesting will be withheld. Included in this is the so-called probable cause that was meant to justify the search warrant in the first place. The Department of Justice should at least, obscure the identity of the alleged informant, who many people suspect may not even be real (or someone who fabricated claims against Trump).
