Texas Supreme Court Drops the Gavel on Democrats
Democrats have been scurrying around like headless chickens ever since the Supreme Court decided in the Dobbs case to overturn Roe v. Wade and make abortion illegal. Because of “trigger” laws, abortion has been criminalized in a number of states already. Abortion rights advocates in Texas wasted little time in initiating legal challenges in an attempt to thwart the order issued by the Supreme Court, but their efforts were unsuccessful.

A fierce battle is being waged by pro-choice advocates to strip individual states of their authority to determine their own abortion policies. Democrats from coast to coast are attempting to file lawsuits at the state level to overturn abortion restrictions or bans. Laws in Texas are among the toughest you’ll find anywhere in the United States. And now, as a result of a decision made by the Supreme Court, they have the authority to completely ban abortion.
This indicates that voters once again hold the power to decide abortion laws, and they can exercise this power by voting for lawmakers who will either protect unborn life or not. The Democrats, who are acting as though they are outraged by the fact that Americans have any power at all, are attempting to use the courts to get their way.
A judge in Houston made an attempt to subvert the decision of the Supreme Court by going around the appropriate authorities in the state. However, the case was quickly transferred to the Supreme Court of Texas, which ended up ruling against the Houston judge.

Texans who support life have unequivocally been victorious here. The Democrats will do whatever it takes to defend the so-called “right” to have an abortion in every state. They will not stop working until the people of the United States are denied the opportunity to vote on whether or not they support a practice that millions of people regard as barbaric and out of date.
